Hello everyone! The other day while I was shopping I saw that the sales lady had the most gorgeous ombre nails. It's so much fun seeing ombre nails on someone random. Anyways, if you know one thing about me, you know how much I love ombre. So I had to copy her look. I LOVED wearing this combo, and it goes really well with all my gold rings from H&M. All the info on the products used is below.
Products used:
Thumb: essence, colour&go, 106 'Free Hugs' - I'm wearing 3 coats of this polish. This neon shade has a very watery texture, but I can make it work. I fell in love with this shade, it's very appropriate for the summer. Doesn't chip easily.
Pointer: Gabrini, 366 - One coat is enough, the texture and pigmentation is great, but it has a very strong smell (like chemicals). The smell that nail polishes used to have, like 20 years ago.
Middle: S-he stylezone, dm, 004 - I'm wearing 3 coats. This polish is way too watery for my taste, and the worst thing about it is: it dyed my nail pink! I did wear a base coat underneath (not featured in the photos), and this shade still managed to color my nail. Creepy. Also, it dries very slow. Avoid it.
Ringer: Catrice, 130 'Lucky In Lilac' - I'm wearing 2 coats, but 1 coat is enough. I got this polish a long time ago, but I hardly ever use it, so I'm glad I took it out. It looks great.
Pinky: essence, colour&go, old collection - This is why I love the essence nail polishes. This polish is super old, yet the color and the texture is still amazing. I prefer these old bottles to the new ones, and I wish I could still find these. I love that even though it's a dark purple shade, you can still tell that it's purple, and it doesn't look brown or black.
Top coat: essence, studio nails, top sealer (high gloss) - fast drying, provides very high shine.
Ring: 3 in 1 ring set from H&M, mentioned in THIS POST
What do you think? Ombre or No Ombre? I just love this look, it's so ME. Anyways, I have been busy the last few weeks, so I thought I might prepare a nice nail post for you guys. Hope you liked it.
Until next time, love, J.
